History
Since 2015, the Mongolian Innovation Week is a major national event to raise awareness of innovation in the society, motivate stakeholders to create a widespread culture of innovation in the country. ICIED, the International conference on innovation and entrepreneurship (ICIED) as a part of the Mongolian Innovation Week, targets young researchers and representatives to expose their creative ideas and practices to solve contemporary social problems.
ICIED is organized within the framework of empowering knowledge-based economy on partnerships and collaborations toward innovative technology, creating national brands, applying entrepreneurial approach, and enhancing social innovation.
An editorial board from esteemed scholars receives and reviews manuscripts, and publishes accepted works in the "Management and Innovation" journal of the Graduate School of Business of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

Aim of the conference:
The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to share knowledge, experiences and research results about all aspects of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development and to offer an excellent networking opportunity for academics, researchers and practitioners working, whether at micro or macro levels and to provide the premier interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary discussions for researchers, practitioners and educators on the most recent trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in this commercially important field. The focus theme of this year's conference is Innovation and Productivity in the New Revival.
